Objectives:
Hold an inaugural Women’s Health Conference for Kettering Health Network.
- Develop and launch a plan that uses the Women’s Health Conference to raise Kettering Health Network’s profile with women in the greater Dayton area who are key influencers and decision-makers in health care.
- Provide visibility for the comprehensive Kettering Health Network service lines and all their connecting parts.
- Expand efforts to position Kettering Health Network as a nationally recognized, innovative women’s health provider.
- Build awareness of and grow the Healthy Women program.
- Implement strategies to generate earned media for Kettering Health Network.
Deliverables:
- Develop and finalize the strategic communications framework and plan for the 2018 Women’s Health Conference.
- Develop message platform for Women’s Health Conference key initiatives.
- Develop Women’s Health Conference thematic concepts
- Develop concept and content for materials to attract visibility and a large audience/attendance for the Women’s Health Conference:
- Work with Kettering Health Network designers to finalize conference identity and visual support materials including:
- Digital: web banners, Facebook event banners, programmatic ads, billboards, and other digital needs.
- Print: flyers, mailers, day-of materials: agenda, guide, signage, and other print needs.
- Develop digital plan with an editorial calendar
- Establish online registration page and process.
- Create content and options for ads as needed.
- Write engaging content for posts and promotional use.
- Focus on working with digital media team to optimize content and web channels.
- Assist with concepts for story banking and testimonials.
- Provide support in securing conference partners and participants
