
Objectives:
- Develop and execute a plan that uses the Healthy Women Program to raise Kettering Health Network’s profile with women in the greater Dayton area who are key influencers and decision-makers in health care.
- Grow membership within the Healthy Women program.
- Add new business partners to the Healthy Women program.
- Provide visibility for the comprehensive Kettering Health Network service lines and all their connecting parts.
- Expand efforts to position Kettering Health Network as a nationally recognized, innovative women’s health provider.
Deliverables:
- Work with Kettering Health Network marketing team to determine editorial content for monthly newsletter.
- Ensure content is timely, relevant, and drives to Kettering Health Network events when possible.
- Write and/or assign articles to Kettering Health Network content writer.
- Proof articles through subject matter experts and service line specialists.
- Proof articles through marketing leadership.
- Work with Think Patented for timely delivery of monthly deliverables (articles, images, captions, events)
- Manage quarterly perks program (prizes, winners, announcements, social media/promotion opportunities)
- Evaluate monthly click-thru rates on content and report back to marketing leadership to optimize future article content and leverage relationships with Healthy Women program members.
- Monitor program participant growth and recommend strategies to continue to expand the program and membership volumes.
- Assist KHN event specialists and assistant with quarterly Healthy Women events as needed.
